Date: Trees Issued only to enrollees Monday, December 9 (rain, snow or shine).
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: 720 New Guinea Rd., JEB Fort Story, VA 23459 (Enter through Gate 8.) Enter from Side of 720 New Guinea
Parking Areas: For safety reasons, see map for parking and follow traffic guards’ commands.  

  • General Info/Eligibility
    • ONLY for Active Duty E1-E6, or any ranks in EFMP and hardship circumstances.
    • Due to limited stock of trees for the region, only 1 tree, per sponsor, household or family.
    • Must have valid Active Duty Military ID.
  • Registration & Enrollment
    • Online registration site: https://www.navymwrmidlant.com/jebfs/events/trees.
    • Website goes live Monday 2 December, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or daily, until all time blocks are filled.
    • Website requires Active Duty Sponsor information.  Spouses may enroll using Sponsor’s info.
    • A limited amount of trees are available, per time block. When trees in a time block are all reserved, that time block will close. If all trees each time blocks are reserved, registration is closed.  
  • Day of Event Rules & Regulations
    • Available time slots
      • 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Max 125)
      • 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. (Max 100)
      • 3 to 4:15 p.m. (Max 75)
      • 5 to 6p.m. (Max 50) Time Slot Filled
         
  • Day-of walk-ins will NOT be accepted.
  • Registered patrons must pick up trees in their assigned time block and bring their confirmation showing enrollment and designated time slot.
  • For safety reasons, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your time block.  Doors open and close promptly at start and end of each time block.
  • Enrolled patrons who are late for their time block can come to a later time block. Patrons cannot come to earlier time blocks for which they are not registered.  
  • Spouses may pick up tree, as long as ID matches their Sponsor’s registered enrollment information. 
  • Enrollees may only pick up their own tree and no one else’s. Carpooling with other enrollees is permitted.
  • Enrollees forfeit their tree if unclaimed by 5:59pm. For safety/staffing reasons, event ends promptly at 6pm.   
    • IF any trees still present at closing, website reopens, 10 Dec (8-10am),
      for any eligible person. 
    • No guarantee of availability, size or amounts of leftover trees.
    • Enrolled Overflow patrons must get their tree 10 Dec, from 12-1:30.  

 

IMPORTANT: - We are unable to field calls after 6 Dec through 9 Dec.  There is NO phone line at the “tree lot”.
