Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Galley offers a cutting edge approach to Navy Food Service and has earned several awards for their quality food and service. Our mission is to provide wholesome, well balanced, nutritious and satisfying meals under the most sanitary conditions possible and in an atmosphere conducive to great fine dining.
Our Food Service Culinary team, consisting of over 25 Culinary Specialists and 30 civilian employees, thrives in consistently maintaining the principle job of providing a clean, sanitary and pleasant environment, showing our unfailing and loyal support to over 1,300 personnel from the tenant commands dining at JEB Little Creek Galley. Our dining facility is sleek, modern and designed into four different serving sections that include a main serving line, fast food serving line, deli sandwich line and salad and soup bar. JEB Little Creek Galley is outfitted with the latest equipment which effectively provides our food service professionals with the right tools to practice, and excel, in culinary techniques necessary to provide outstanding and delicious meals to the command. Our excellent administrative team ensures our records keeping and training programs are up to par, which enables the JEB Little Creek Galley to succeed in supporting our primary and secondary missions.
